Your diet should also include antioxidants and vital micronutrients like zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B.

To stop being nervous, avoid smoking and drinking

Initially, alcohol and nicotine deliver a false sense of relaxation and well-being while actually taxing your body heavily. Likewise, excessive caffeine releases stress hormones into your bloodstream. In the long run, all these habits destroy your nervous system.
